I have tried

and

neither seems to work. Any idea?]]></description>

Our desktop client looks almost like Outlook 2007 ( http://www.mundialco.com/unifiedmessaging/2008/01/22/yambi-demo-screenshots/).
It has never occurred to us that folders were actually part of the problem in Outlook. Thank you for bringing some light to us. Your proposed solution: brilliant! One handy thing about categories in Outlook is that you can drag and drop emails between them to recategorize. This is a handy way to get lots of emails set up with categories initially. To do this, sort by category, and then drag and drop.]]></description>
